Only a select few align with our business plans and objectives. Additionally, many submissions involve technology already available in the market, under development within the Company, or patented.

For these reasons and to avoid potential legal disputes, we will only consider your idea if you acknowledge and agree that the Company is not obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding your submission. This means that the Company may share your idea internally and with third parties. Moreover, the Company may freely utilize or modify your idea, unless prohibited by applicable trademark or patent laws.

• The Company will not provide compensation for the review of your idea.
• Compensation for your idea will only occur if a subsequent written agreement is established.
• The Company is not obliged to review your idea or engage in an agreement with you.
• Due to the high volume of submissions, individual responses may not always be possible.
• If you disclose a third party's trade secret or confidential information, the Company is not committed to keeping it confidential and may take legal action if unauthorized disclosure occurs.

These terms and conditions constitute the sole basis for the relationship between you and the Company. No Company representative is authorized to make commitments or promises, whether written or verbal, that contradict or supplement these terms and conditions without the express written approval of the Company's Chief Executive Officer.
