First time buyer! New truck, wanted the best
I had just purchased a new truck, planned to pull a horse trailer...wanted the best product for the job. I saw this product for the first time on another truck on a busy interstate through OKC. I asked my wife, what is was a beautiful chrome hardware with two balls....I sped up and paced the other truck at 70 MPH to look it over (is that worse than testing..looking at another trucks balls) . I went home and did more research on the internet. It would have taken several pieces of hardware (multiple balls, hitches in different drop depths) to be purchased (and stored). Or I could just buy this ONE tool. I love it!
