Description
Ford truck owners with the OEM fifth wheel prep package have a choice now when choosing a 5th wheel hitch. The B&W; Companion OE hitch will install and remove easily. It features a two piece design and cam-actuated latching system. The cast locking jaws are machined with durability in mind, boasting a 1" thick casting, providing a flawless connection to the trailer for smooth towing.
Important Note: Designed to mount with the Ford hitch prep package from the factory only.
Features and Benefits
- Fully articulating head for front to back and side to side pivoting
- Three vertical adjustments ranging from 16.75" - 18.75"
- 2" of front to back adjustment with three coupler positions
- Cam style latching handle for easy release, even on un-level sites
- No mounting rails in bed allow you to easily remove 5th wheel and use the truck bed for hauling loads
- 1" think wrap around jaws and polyurethane bushings eliminate sloppy start and stops, and provide a quiet rattle free towing experience
- Fits 4 puck in truck bed. Release the handles and it easily converts to a level bed

Amazing!
Once put together and adjusted....it is easy to remove (although fairly heavy). Easy to back a 5th wheel up and lock in. Rep at RV Center said it was the slickest hitch he had ever seen!
No noise or vibration when towing. Love it.

I bought a new Ford superduty p/u with the newly design prep package for the 5th wheel hitch mount.I ordered my B & W hitch from Suspension Connection & it was shipped out the next day with the tracking number. I was very pleased with the way Suspension connection shipped it & arriving on time & in perfect condition. The hitch works great. It mounts & dismounts very easily. Best one I've ever owned

Not only the price from Suspension connection was the best I found.
But the services was great and delivery was on time.
Also the Hitch is awesome.
what do you want to say when the installation takes only 10 minutes while other take a day at the shop.
But also installation removal whan at camps takes only 2 mn.
All the other RVist that I met where jealous of my setup.It is 5 times easier than any other to remove and put back.
Not to say that on top of that My RV is 18,000lbs and it feel much linked to the truck than rig with only 10,000 lbs due to the way this hitch is engineer.
Not only it is the best but it was also one of the cheapest.

Awesome Hitch!
Quick assembly and install, all parts were "present and accounted for". Very easy to connect to 5th wheel jaws are solid with no shimmy or shake when towing. All pins lined up perfectly with Ford OEM mounts in bed. Very pleased with this setup.
