Ram 1500 4wd Models:
The Ram 1500 is one of the simplier trucks level no matter what year you have. All 2wd models use coil springs in the front end which can be lifted by using a Daystar poly coil spacer kit. 4wd model will vary depending on the year. Early 1500 models from 1994 thru 2001 are lifted with coil spring spacers. Our most popular leveling kit for this truck is Tuff Country's 2 inch kit #32900. For later model Ram 1500 trucks 2002 thru 2005 use torsion bar key level the vehicle, while 2008 to current model utilize coil / strut spacers. All leveling kits can be installed without replace the factory shocks.
Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500:
The Ram 2500/3500 2wd and 4wd models both have used a coil spring front end since 1994 to current. A Daystar poly 1.5 inch kit is avialable for 2wd drive models. 4wd models can be lifted with a poly (Daystar) or steel (Tuff Country) coil spring spacer. Both kits will level the truck by adding 2 inches of height in the front end.
