The company motto, driven by design, is clearly followed in every part they create.

Comfort Ride Lift Kits
These custom lift kits are probably the most affordable way to safely lift your vehicle while maintaining the truck's native ride characteristics. Designed to work with stock suspension components, these kits utilize high-density progressive polyurethane spacers to give your vehicle an extra lift, without sacrificing ride comfort. The Comfort Ride Lift kit comes in three broad categories.

1. Budget Boost
The Budget Boost is a small lift system designed to give much-needed height back to heavily-burdened vehicles. Trucks fitted with weighty equipment such as snowplows or winch systems can often sag much lower than intended, reducing drivability and comfort. This also has the negative effect of making the vehicle appear tired. The Budget Boost uses a pair of short two-inch spacers to get your truck back to its factory-designed ride height without the appearance of being lifted.

2. Leveling Kit Systems
Leveling kit systems, as the name implies, are intended to restore a level balance back to a vehicle which sags at the front. Most trucks exhibit a low front end known as a nose-down rake, caused by the heavy engine sitting under the hood. Daystar leveling kits raise the front end of the vehicle by around two inches, without altering the ride height at the back of the vehicle.

3. Lift Systems
A standard lift system is a classic vehicle lift which raises both ends of the chassis above its factory specification. Regular spacers are used on the front of the vehicle, but shackles, add-a-leafs, blocks, or coil spring spacers are mounted at the back, depending on the specific kit model.

Cab & Body Mounts
The standard rubber body mounts fitted to some vehicles can be replaced with precision engineered aftermarket mounts. These polyurethane parts are designed to be longer-lasting and harder-wearing than the OEM components fitted as standard to a truck's body. Each kit is a bespoke design intended to increase handling and general performance of a specific vehicle model.

Daystar Super Shackles
Leaf-spring suspension systems, which are used in many trucks, are connected to the body of the vehicle via metal mounting brackets called shackles. These parts are a common failure point, prone to damage from rust, work-hardening, and general wear and tear. Daystar's Super Shackles are an affordable solution to replace this part with a more robust system, designed to handle anything you can throw at it. These 3/8" zinc-plated steel shackles are stronger than most standard OEM parts and they are highly resistant to corrosion.

Air Bag Cradles
Mounting convoluted air springs to a truck can cause the vehicle to lose as much as 1/5th of its suspension travel. Daystar's airbag cradles are a polyurethane buffer, designed to sit under the air spring system in order to reduce any travel loss. This is an extremely durable system, which can be fitted to most vehicles using 6" diameter, bellows-style airbags.
