Question:
Will these cause any lift on my 2015- F150?
Answer:
They are not really intended to lift the rear end, but keep the rear from sagging when carrying a heavy load. However you could tighten the ubolts more than normal and get a small amount of lift. The trade off to is a stiffer ride at all times.
