Description

Tuff Country Dodge Dakota lift kits are more than your average lift kit. All Dakota kits are engineered to give the highest quality & best value on the market. Compare components of a Tuff Country Dakota lift kit to that of other manufactures and you will be convince that nothing beats a Tuff Country suspension lift. Many others cut corners with inferior components or lack of many important pieces. Tuff Country does not cut those corners and provides a quality complete system engineered to give the best ride quality and durability money can buy. All Tuff Country lift kits & leveling kits are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Made in the USA for a Reason - Since 1988 Tuff Country EZ-Ride Suspension has been and still remains one of the very few suspension lift kit brands that manufactures, designs and packages its products in the USA. Why does this matter? Buy a lift kit from nearly any other brand that imports their products from overseas and you will get inferior steel, components and hardware. Many brands will also leave out important components that are crucial to proper suspension geometry. All can lead to fitment, alignment and sagging issues down the road. While Tuff Country may not be the cheapest lift kit on the market, quality components and happy customers are a higher priority.

At Suspension Connection we are the #1 retailer of Tuff Country products in the world. Great prices, expert knowledge and exceptional customer service are why so many customers trust us with their Tuff Country purchases. Try us out!

Question:
Good day . I would like to know if I could apply this kit to my 2007 dodge Dakota
Answer:
No, the suspension difference on those years is too much to allow it to fit. We do offer a body lift kit for your year of Dakota. 10163 Body Lift
Question:
Wiil this kit fit a 2002 dakota?
Answer:
No it only fits the 1997-1999 Dodge Dakota. In 2002 Dodge changed the suspension to a rack and pinion style.

Good lift kit
Thereís a lot of tedious stuff to make it work, but it works and looks great. Iím not sure why I had so many extra bolts also make sure when installing the drop bracket for the upper control arms you get them out far enough for proper alignment other than that itís a great lift Iím happy with it.

Exactly what it should be
The lift kit for the dodge Dakota is a good lift kit. The installation is not quite as easy as they advertise ( you do have to chop off bump stops and finagle quite a bit) but it is a good looking solid lift. Nothing spectacular but definitely nothing bad about it. My truck did begin to leak pretty bad after installation.... however it is a seal that was already going a little bad and I should have already replaced. I would recommend this lift to anyone wanting a lift kit. Just be prepared... It is, of course, involved.
