amazing install
this literally took me around 20 mins (with a little help) to install this hitch.... came in great condition after shipping. Does just what it is supposed to do and does it well.

2013 outback
Good product, hard to install
Installation was much more difficult than it was billed, took a while for a novice to do it. I likely would have bought a different product with easier installlation, but now that it is in, it is excellent.
