Custom made to fit the Jeep Cherokee this hitch requires no drilling to install and has a 2 inch square receiver-style opening to accept various ball mount heights. This trailer hitch includes all required hardware, ball mount and hitch pin sold separately. All Curt hitches are powder coated a high-gloss, smooth surface finish to resist rust and corrosion. Suspension connection had the best price after researching online for awhile. Shipping was fast, and was delivered in a few days.
Install was about average for two guys, trying to balance and pull fasteners through floor pan holes with fish wire provided. I highly recommend two guys which makes it go easier. Had to make up drop spacers to place between exhaust brackets and notch out the hitch bracket with a grinding wheel due to a touch/noise condition because Jeep changed the rear exhaust tailpipe exit style between 2014 and 2015 model years which Curt was probably unaware of.
Suspension Connection even emailed me to thank me for the purchase and see how I liked it. I believe he (Kelly) was the president or CEO as a matter of fact, really nice guy.

Everything fit very well and the pull through wires made everything very easy. The only thing I would say needed to be added was in the directions. It states to pull mounting bolts and lower exhaust, however, it fails to mention that there are two hangers that need to be pulled past frame to do such. I ended up pulling exhaust completely. In the re-installation of muffler I found the missed step in directions. Still it was not hard and fit the vehicle perfectly. I would definitely buy again!
