This patented suspension replaces your stock Chevy Silverado 3500HD rear suspension with a combination of Sanluis Rassini rear leaf springs, Firestone Airide air springs, Ride-Rite air accessories, trailing link, J-springs, brackets, air compressor and Ride-Rite LS load adaptive shocks manufactured by Rancho. Once installed this R4Tech Chevy Silverado 3500HD suspension will provide a suspension unmatched in ride quality, durability and reliability.
