Up up and away
Bracket installation is the most difficult part of the install. The shock mount on the right side makes it difficult but not impossible to mount using nuts and bolts provided. I might have been tempted to use the self threading hardware but never knew it was in there until I had drilled the holes for the 3/8" bolts. Thinking about it, using self tapping bolts is a cheat and sub standard. I don't want this thing coming off my truck when towing my travel trailer.
